The whole country of Denmark in Minecraft – recreated in a 1:1 scale map

Facing difficulty with navigation? You can locate places with coordinates on the rendered picture of the world.
No PC? No problem! You can enjoy full gameplay on the map using Minecraft: Bedrock edition, making it compatible with phones and consoles.
Denmark in Minecraft was constructed back in 2014 using 4,000,000,000,000 virtual
building blocks based on real-world data from Geodatastyrelsen.
All the country's roads, buildings, lampposts – even fences are included. The model
was originally designed to showcase the potential of the vast amount of freely
accessible data and could be used in an educational context.
You were able to download the map from kortforsyning.dk to december 2020,
at which point they determined that the data had become outdated. And closed it.
Fast-forward to this date; it is now back, better than ever! Hosted on a server that allows you to join the world directly without having to download anything.
